Shifted to 400 sq ft shed in a bungalow outhouse.

Purchased land in MIDC Bhosari J block in 1984 & started prodn in 6000 sq ft factory.
Incorporated 20’ length Vat line to cater long pipes / cages.

Started first Automatic Barrel line – Cap 600 kg / Hr to cater overseas customer.
Started Zinc Nickel Alloy plating Vat line – Cap 25k sq ft /month for export parts.

2015
Revamped & increased production lines – Acid Zinc – 1000 kg per Hr / Alkaline Zinc – 400 kg per Hr / Zinc Nickel Plating – 75k sq ft per month.
ENP Coating with cap -3000 sq ft.
